For almost two decades I have I have been a sound engineer, and video operator with broadcast training as a camera operator, live multi cam broadcast technician (terrestrial TV and web cast) and projection operator. I am also a live and studio sound technician and qualified graphic designer/operator and owned a graphic design studio in previous years. I pride myself on being able to think on my feet and thrive off the pressure of tight deadlines and high targets. Having been a project manager for clients such as GSK, Rolls-Royce and Aviva I bring exceptional organisation, client management and professional delivery and communication in every event I am on.

Live event production

I worked as a Technical Events manager/ Producer for a range of event production companies and agencies including;

Banks Sadler

I designed, planned and delivered event solutions locally and internationally for clients such as Rolls-Royce, GSK, HRH Prince of Saudi Arabia, Aviva and more. Undertaking all AV, livestreaming, VC and live voting as project manager or ‘Production Manager’.

PSAV / AVC

I worked as a Technical Events manager at an iconic luxury 5 star hotel in Piccadilly, managing all technical event operations at the venue for an elite clientele.

Eclipse Presentations, Ltd – Sept ‘16 to July 2017

I worked as a ‘Roaming Technical Manager’ moving between venues delivering events while project managing event all over central London.  I worked at numerous at prestigious London venues including Wembley Stadium, The Gherkin, Lord’s Cricket Ground, One Whitehall Place and a range of 4 star and 5 star hotels in central London.

As a middleweight digital graphic designer I have worked both freelance and full time for a number of organisations and projects nationwide. I am known for my efficiency, resourcefulness and organisation with a keen eye for detail and drive for excellence.

TV Production – 2003 – Present

I have produced, filmed, edited TV shows with content aired on MTV Base, Channel 4, various religious channels including God TV, TBN, Daystar and has had content broadcast in over 40 different countries around the world. I began as a camera operator filming concerts, events and ceremonies and soon moved to producing and directing entertainment shows for ESTV on the Flo cable network in the Caribbean. I have more recently worked as a Field Sound Recordist for ‘Smooth Demon Productions’ for the ‘Guilty Pleasures’ production.

Set design and studio building for TV studio control rooms & live studios stages and professional radio broadcast and audio recording studios.

Live Broadcast Production – 2006-2010

At El-Shaddai International Christian Centre sermons where filmed and broadcast on TV networks in over 40 countries around the world including USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Consultation – 2001 – Present

I currently consult for a few organisations on their audio visual needs, designing and installing systems or organising equipment hire for one off events.

Live audio – 2007-2009

Specification, installation and operation of permanent and temporary PA systems ranging from 200W portable rigs to concert hall sized 5,000W – 15,000W systems.

Broadcast Audio – 2007-2009

I have experience in live multi track recordings using analogue and digital desks, breakout boards to monitoring desks as well as live streaming matrix mixes. I was regularly hired to perform field recording for radio broadcast and TV/ film productions.

TV/ Radio/ Recording Studio and control room installations – 2009

In 2009 I and a team of technicians began audio visual overhauls for church organisations. I designed, sourced and installed a remote controlled camera system. I also built a control room with multi-track audio recording and a video production/ editing suite.

Digital and FM Broadcast Radio – Bang Radio (now called ‘The Beat London’) – 2006 – 2008

I worked at a licensed FM radio as studio supervisor, audio editor, playlist manager, technical support and broadcaster.

Photographer/ Designer/ Web Developer –  LIVE Magazine – 2003 – 2006

In 2003 I got involved with LIVE Magazine, South London’s most successful not for profit youth publication.  Articles and interviews photography, design and distribution. In Jan 2005 I was asked to lead in redesigning and re-launching the magazine’s web site, www.live-magazine.co.uk achieving 14,000 hits in the first month.

Youth Arts Practitioner – Second Wave, Centre for Youth Arts (Charity) – 2001 – 2003

I gained valuable interpersonal, supervisory and managerial skills as well planning, co-ordination and multitasking experience. This dedication led to Second Wave employing me full time as a Youth Arts Practitioner also accrediting me with LOCN and NOCN certificates. My responsibilities included planning Performing Arts courses, running workshops, organising volunteers and evaluating sessions. I also really enjoyed Assistant Managing the backstage area and performing at showcase events. Day-to-day I taught drama, dance and stage skills to 13-21 year olds and also got involved in costume, sound and lighting and stage management.
