Video Editing 101 with Davinci Resolve 17

We are going to be building more content over the next few months and as such we will do a little more post-production or ‘video editing’.

This video is an introduction to video editing,

this tutorial expects you to understand some video terminology, such as;

• frame rate
• media bin
• timeline

Some of these are in the Glossary document in the Video Level one course.

At the end of this course you should have all of the skills needed to functionally edit videos.

The next level of editing is constructing a narrative using the right cut and transitions and stitching in the ‘feel’ of the final video with the right music choices.
